All, After many emails..and conversations today re Squid poles, I believe Alan VK2VEC, may be going to buy some of the 7m poles which taper down to 8mm. he may send an email..re group purchase...but will leave that to him. they seem ok..and should be good for antenna support..or indeed antennas..
