[Waverley ARS] Ceramic or Monolithic Capacitors

Gents,

I'm currently working on a circuit which uses a whole host of 104 size
capacitors for decoupling purposes.  It's a digital control circuit for
use in an RF environment so guess these are for reducing digital noise.

Question, ceramic or monolithic, what to use?  Do the monolithics
exhibit any other advantages than physical size?
