Gday all...

We need to start firming up arrangements for the John Moyle contest on March 14-15. The site at Cataract Scout Camp has been booked, but we need to know who is coming, when and what equipment is available.

Ideally we need at least four self-contained operating stations and crews able to keep going (if conditions suit) for the best part of the 24 hours. In practice this probably means 12 noon Saturday to say midnight, then 6-7am till 12 noon Sunday (sleep optional!)

This should enable us to operate on the required bands. Particularly critical is the VHF/UHF section which yields the most contest points but needs someone to take responsibility for providing or acquiring the yagis & masts. Tony VK2FREL has indicated enthusiasm for this  - any one else to help??

We plan to get there on the Friday to start putting up tents & dipoles so we can be comfortable and ready for the kick-off.
