Hi all,

I'm a member of a group called "Little Bird Arduino User Group" on
Facebook. Arduino, for those who don't know is an Atmel Microcontroller
platform designed so you can write some simple algorithms (such as
compare a measurement on a couple of meters) and put it all inside a
chip to form... for example, your own SWR meter.

They are holding an all day workshop on May 31st at UTS from 9am to 5pm
with lecturers Justin Clayden of Sydney Uni and Marcus Schappi from
Little Bird Electronics.

If you're on Facebook, check the event details at
http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=13369307646

If you're not on Facebook, drop a line to
marcus at littlebirdelectronics.com so he knows how many boards and chips
to bring. You'll need to bring your own laptop running Windows / Linux
or Mac 10.3-10.5, and you'll get to take home a bag of components and
chips to reprogram.

73 and regards,

Adam
