This coming Project Day is rather Unique as follows:

   a. The Scouts have leased the Scout Hall to a Dance Studio 6 days a
week 4:30 to 7:30 Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am-5pm. We shouldn't
interfere too much but let's see how it goes.

   b. Several of us are redecorating the Ham Shack. We have removed the
lining closest to the RSL upstairs, and from 9am Saturday lining the
wall with 5 ply plywood. The back of the plywood has been painted but
when its up the inside surface needs to be painted. We don't have the
paint yet, but if anyone has 4 litres of white acrylic combined
sealant/paint and would like to donate, let me know - it would save the
club $50-60. So we will be in a bit of mess, but visitors welcome.

   c. We need to determine our future use and priorities for the Club
Station. The existing mast and antennas need to be redone. We also
purchased a tower and part of it is at the club. I will be holding a
meeting/discussion on the subject at 3pm - all welcome. I did this
because the Club Station is under-utilized for many reasons which need
to be aired before we plan for the future. I have foreshadowed the
   following to the Club Committee:

"Please analyse your's as well as your perceived club requirements,
take it seriously, and bring your carefully considered proposals to
decide utilization and configuration requirements. Possible final
designs for both masts, and antennas can then follow and be discussed.

                Agenda:

   1. Opening by President and statement of status quo

   2. Submission by stake-holders ie what do we want to do, what
   bands, etc (not solutions).

   3. Discussion and synthesis of operational needs and requirements

   4. Break

   5. Discussions of possible solutions leading to proposals

   5. Form plan of action"

   Hope to see you Saturday
