I was looking around for QSL printing and I found a number of online 
services.

You can make your own judgement on price, value for money etc. 

However, I will very likely be ordering from the first one. I have 
received a number of QSLs made by this company and they are fine.  $US15 
for 500 and about $US30 for postage.  They do batches of 20 - 25 orders 
(each order is min 500 and increments of 500) at a time. There are 
currently 4 orders and the more are made at a given time, the faster 
they will do the job.That said, they guarantee max waiting time is 3 months.
