[Waverley ARS] Paraset - operating CW resources

Hi Edwin & List,

I've recently made the switch to Ubuntu on my laptop and I'll be testing 
and comparing a bunch of the Linux based trainers too if anyone is 
interested.

There's also a swag of AX.25 and digital stuff too, but I can't play 
with that for a few months until I upgrade.
