Copy the subject line into your Google Earth to inspect our campsite for the John Moyle contest.

Preparations are well in hand for the club entry into this event on March 15/16. It is about an hour and a half drive from Rose Bay.

But we need more operators to "sign up" for all or part of the weekend (12 noon Sat to 12 noon Sunday). Are you in?

The campsite has plenty of room for every kind of antenna. The facilities are basic. There is a large covered area that can be used for sleeping & eating, but bush or car camping might be more fun. We have sketched out our plan of operation and have organised generators, plus the club tent & gazebo etc

Lyn, VK2FLTJ, has volunteered as catering chief!

At this stage we hope to cover all bands including VHF and UHF.  

6M, 2M, 70cm and above will in fact earn the most points, so please let us know if you would like to specialise in these bands.
