Here are details of our broadcast item for this week. Further 
information for members about this sale on Project Day may be available 
nearer the time. As Eddie has advised, the scouts require us to vacate 
the downstairs storage areas while the April renovations take place, 
hence the urgent sale. All those who can should come along as there will 
be plenty of bargains and help will be needed to move material to the 
auction area.

The clubhouse should be open from around 10 am.

WAVERLEY AMATEUR RADIO SOCIETY

The club is being forced to dispose of its stocks of spare radio 
equipment at short notice due to building renovations being undertaken. 
As a result an auction of a large quantity of gear will be held next 
weekend at 2pm on Saturday, March 1st.

Items for sale include yagi, vertical and whip antennas; antenna 
rotators; a large quantity of flexible copper antenna wire; a quantity 
of Nokia RD40 and AWA RT-85 commercial UHF and VHF transceivers; power 
supplies; Wifi hubs, routers and antennas plus many other items 
including a steel filing cabinet and cupboard.

Everything must go so expect fire sale prices.

Note that this sale is in addition to the club's regular annual June
auction.

Waverley's clubhouse is located in the Scout Hall at Vickery Avenue,
Rose Bay, behind the RSL Club on New South Head Road. It is easy to find
and there is plenty of parking space in the grounds and adjacent car park.
