Dear Simon,

I actually agree with that interpretation, but that actually means that an
"F" call can't operate his/her own radio using HRD across the internet, but
CAN operate an internet accessible radio set up, provided and "operated" by
a standard or advanced call.
I know one member who would have difficulty with that. To that member I
recommend upgrading to a standard or advanced call ASAP to get over the
problem!

Hi Edwin

I think there is no problem here, it follows from the definitions of operate
and use, which the document tries to spell out elsewhere. I am sure this
means that an F call can't "operate" an internet service attached to his own
radio at home, but may make "use" of a repeater or radio operated by others
that is connected to the net.
