[Waverley ARS] Putting the 'V' back into VSWR

After hearing a number of conversions over the air about VSWR on the air 
lately, it seems that the knowledge about the subject out there in radio 
land in general is sketchy or erroneous at best.  Certainly I had to 
read up to remind myself.

The point of most misunderstanding seems to be the matter of reflected 
power - what it is and what it does.  Hence the subject tag - if we 
think of it in terms of 'V' SWR, then it is quite obvious.
