[Waverley ARS] Icom 706 for sale

Hi Members,
 
WARS has been asked to handle the disposal of items from the Estate of the
Late Herbie Bonhs, VK2NHB , a member who passed away late last year.
 
Included are two radios, both Icom 706 MkIIg.
 
The older one is serial number 004339. It is in working order and
cosmetically good, with original box. There is wear showing on the tuning
knob and there is no power cable. Looking around I believe that $750  is a
fair price for it. There is an operating manual  & service manual on CD
only.
 
The other one was bought on 30-03-07 (Herbie passed away just before Xmas
07) and is serial # 1515562. It is complete, in working order with original
box. I believe a fair price is $950.
 
Before I put them up on EBay, is there anyone in the club who is interested
in buying one (or two?)
