Attention All Members:- 

The Annual General Meeting of the WAVERLEY AMATEUR RADIO SOCIETY Inc.
will be held on

in the
Rose Bay Rovers Hall, Vickery Avenue, Rose Bay.

Reports for 2007 will be received from the President and Treasurer.
All of the office bearers positions will be declared vacant at that time and 
an election will be held to select office bearers for the 2008-2009 period.  

Nominations for the positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Five (5) Committee Members are sought and should be lodged with the Secretary by 19:30 hours on

Candidates for the above positions must be nominated by a Member, seconded by another Member and have the consent of the Candidate.  If, by the commencement of the AGM, no candidate has been nominated for a position, nominations for that position will be called for from the floor of the meeting.
