[Waverley ARS] Question for Mobile Operation on Ls and P plates

Hi Eric,

Thanks for the clarification :)

I hope to be mobile on 40-6, 2 and 70cm in about 2 months. With one of 
Raffy's antennas, I can get the VHF/UHF side of it installed much faster :)

73 VK2... umm.. SWL (for now).
