Hi

I have just updated my "issue" and "topic" sequenced indices to the
Historical Radio Society's "Radio Waves" journal to include the October
2007 issue. These indices are not very helpful unless you are a member
or have access to the journals. They are in PDF format so can easily be
saved on your computer and searched using Acrobat software.

In addition I have also taken the opportunity to resolve a few
"continuity" problems where later articles on the same topic had a
completely different title to the first. E.g. A S/W receiver project's
first article was headed "A Double Superhet" whilst the next one was
"The All-wave 7". Neil Wain's excellent long running series on Army
Radios must have had several sub-editors involved in the titling! I will
continue to address this problem as time permits. Maybe the cause lies
with contributors rather than the editor.

The web site below also includes details of some of the radios in my
collection as well as Chris Parry's very informative free book on
"Restoring Valved Communication Receivers". Details of Ric Havyatt's
Gramophone and Phonograph items for sale are also listed on the site and
have been updated.

Go to http://www.vk2bv.org/radio/ to find the indexes which are renamed
after each update to ensure you don't download an obsolete version.
