WAVERLEY AMATEUR RADIO SOCIETY

The club's next evening meeting will be held this coming Wednesday,
October 17th, at 7:30 pm with doors opening at 7:00. Henrik Stenstrom,
VK2FHHS, will give a talk and demonstration on "Valve and Solid state
Regenerative Receivers".

The next Project Day is on the afternoon of Saturday, 3rd November,
commencing around 1:30pm. Note that Project Days occur on the first
Saturday of every month and evening meetings on the third Wednesday.

Waverley's clubhouse is located in the Scout Hall at Vickery Avenue,
Rose Bay, behind the RSL Club on New South Head Road. It is easy to find
and there is plenty of parking space in the grounds.

The club holds Amateur Examinations & Foundation Licence courses
regularly with the next ones planned for early December. Anyone
interested should email the club at exams at vk2bv.org.
