[Waverley ARS] Power Supply

As discussed on the Monday net last night, DSE currently have their D3800 25Amp power supply
on special for $199 instead of $299. This unit supposedly has better specs than similar ones
like the Jaycar lookalike listed at $359 with less ripple noise (<1mv vs <10mv) etc.
