Hi all, it's me banging on again

The new DEST recognised competency has been announced on the WIA website
http://wia.org.au/news/2007/20070529-01.php

and the Trainsafe Australia website (note that they are offering BOCP as
well - I thought BOCP hadn't been issued in 10-20 years)
http://www.silvertrain.com.au/aocp.htm

I am going to register and enroll for the new competency and pilot the
process for other club members who want to know more.
