Adam,
I remember these adapter kits from a place that I once worked for in the
Aviation Industry.
Absolutely essential when you were servicing any and everything that could
come out of an aircraft.
They were beautifully made, silver plated brass from memory, quite expensive
even then in the 70's.
We had to be very careful not to leave any of the parts on any equipment or
aircraft as the landed cost of replacements was almost as much as a whole
kit!
