Have a think about your potential HF requirements.  If you are 
interested exclusively in a specific band (and the 3rd harmonic) a 
dipole will be ideal for a low cost wire.

Otherwise, you may consider a doublet, G5RV variant or an Off Centre 
Dipole/windom for multiband HF. The only constraint is your physical 
wire length.

That pole will be ideal to mount your 2/70 vertical for height purposes, 
but consider your RFI effects.  I have mine on top of the TV mast, but 
the trade off is no TV when I am operating....
