Hi Daniel,

It certainly looks like you'll have a nice amount of room to play :) 
Don't worry about not getting the bathroom - for those long HF 
competitions, there's always times when the propogation isn't very good, 
so you can plan to go then. Failing that, you can just hold it... :)

My thoughts would be to see if you can keep the antenna as far away from 
the house as possible (remember the inverse square laws??) to prevent 
interference from house appliances, as well as causing interference to 
TV / radio. It's often easier than putting proper shielding into your 
devices too.
