Hi Edwin

You seem to be doing OK with your liaison with Fred, provided you have 
the time for it.

According to the new standard, the coverage is a lot different from the 
normal standard or advanced amateur licensing certificate which is 
theoretical in nature. It obviously involves its own training and 
assessment, so is the intention to treat it in a similar manner to the 
foundation course with weekend sessions and assessment?

I don't think I need such a certificate myself, as I can't see myself 
looking for a job requiring these qualifications, although perhaps some 
of the skills that I don't have (such as legal or OHS items) could be 
useful!
