I visited Daniel today, we started setting up a BSD box for him to host 
his own email (although I'll act as a backup MX for him with my 
rackspace if he likes), and we're going to start setting up his domain 
with FTP, DNS and a website for him over the next couple of weeks bit by 
bit. :)

We also briefly reset the Reply-To address in his Gmail settings today; 
and I see that when I reply to an email we sent it seems to be working 
OK for now..... Watch the Reply-To header in his mails closely over the 
next few weeks for the activation of his brand spanking new domain when 
it goes live! :)
