Users on the club mailing list are recognised ONLY by their email 
address, not as a person. If you change your email address, the new one 
MUST be registered (and the other one either deleted or set to "Nomail" 
otherwise you will get two sets of messages).

25Mb is a large inbox provided you don't get sent films or CDs and you 
forward old messages you want to keep to your pop3 ISP address so they 
get to your computer email for long term storage. Any mail to an "own 
domain" address is normally forwarded to another address where that 
limit will apply unless the domain supplier runs its own mail server and 
so imposes limits.
