Hi Simon
It would be very interesting for the Club to get one of these Units....
I assume they have a modulator included though no particulars are given as 
to class etc.
BTW I hope OTC is using some discretion as to whom they give these units? I 
guess some CB'ers would like to get their hands on them with chaotic (and 
possibly lethal) results.....!
