[Waverley ARS] update on VGA to S-Video splitter

I have found a VGA to RCA splitter but it will take too long to ship from HK
land and for my payment to clear so i have thought of making on myself!
a seller on ebay has been kind enough to write up the pin selection up on
eBay so i thought i might just buy the parts at jaycar and start making
because it looks like it doesn't have any PCB components, it is just wired
straight through.

this is the pin assignment.
The VGA plug contain 15 pins and total pin No. are as follow :
No.1--- Red video
No.2--- Green video
No.3--- Blue video
No.4--- Monitor ID bit2
No.5--- Ground
No.6--- Red return
NO.7--- Green return
No.8--- Blue return
No.9--- NC (no use)
No.10--- sync return
No.11--- Monitor ID bit0
No.12--- Monitor ID bit1
No.13--- H sync
No.14--- V sync
No.15--- NC (no use)

i also don't know the parts to get from jaycar. but if someone can tell me
what to get ill make it on project day.
