[Waverley ARS] Fwd: Waverley ARS Converter

Hi all,

can anyone tell me if they make S-Video to VGA converters for pc? because
jaycar has one for $99.95 (very expensive) i  have googled it but i have not
been able to find anything useful.  i have a 7 pin (like an s-video) to
female vga socket to my old PC screen if i can somehow modify it on project
day,
please help me.
