[Waverley ARS] Auction tickets and helpers

I have already made out tickets for all the club auction gear on the web 
site, which I will bring on Friday. It is easier to do this at home as 
only one ticket needs to be done as I then print two. Maybe I can photo 
some more items at the meeting for the web site and do the tickets at 
home. We probably need some blank tickets for people coming unprepared 
on Saturday.

I am attaching three blank sheets of tickets in Word format that some 
may find useful. One is for handwritten tickets, another for general 
computer printed tickets and the last for computer printed club donations.

I think we should encourage others who can spare the time besides the 
regular Tuesday crowd to assist on Friday, I was proposing to come and 
help. People dropping off items on Friday should do their own ticketing 
unless they are donations to the club. In the past club owned items 
havent been ticketed but it is worth doing for the better items if only 
to clarify what they are and indicate an estimate/reserve.

Volunteers are also required after the auction to help clear up.
