Excellent day with lots of discussion around the auction. Two boxes of goodies received from Richard VK2XRC for auction some excellent items amongst them. 

Some time spent on testing equipment for auction to ensure in working order or not so that Eddie (VK2BEH the Auctioner) can advise pending buyers as to the state of the equipment.

Alan demonstrated a powerpoint presentation showing auction items  that Eddie had requested, this will be shown to members at the Wednesday evening meeting.

Grant VK2TU has commenced labelling the VK2BV equipment so that we can keep track of it thanks to Eric VK2VE for the labels.

Eddie and others spent some time going through the various items from VK2BV that will go to auction.

It has been agreed by the Tuesday crew to get together 9AM Friday the 22/6/07 to pull together all the items for auction and to ensure each item is ticketed. If any reader has any items for auction please drop in on Friday so that it can be ticketted and will save a mad rush AM Saturday 23rd the Auction day. Friday will also be used to set up the tables etc.

Colin VK2LV called in and joined us for afternoon tea and cakes. Cakes provided by Lyn VK2FLTJ "Thanks Lyn". Colin appeared to be in fine health and pucker and I am sure called in to ensure we were all working and getting our act together for Saturday. Great to see you Colin, please call in every Tuesday for a rag chew and a cuppa.
