[Waverley ARS] Meeting proposal - Lightning talks

As a bit of a collector, I have heaps of odd or interesting things 
including cold war spy wire recorders, Vietnam era equipment and early 
radio or telegraph gear that I can bring along whilst our early adopter 
members can cover the latest "do everything" pocket gadgets.
