[Waverley ARS] Meeting proposal - Lightning talks

Yes Ben, good idea, I am interested in both hearing and giving a 'lightning 
talk' at a meeting.
I am also sure that Doug VK2DCR, our meeting/event co-ordinator, will be 
glad to hear also.

This looks like a good year coming up.
