[Waverley ARS] Can someone help me make this, Pwr supply

Hi Adam,

maybe if you both want to make one you could do it at the club together and
you would be able to get plenty of help that way. 

I also can't see the PDF but I am in Singapore at the moment. A better type
to make would be a linear supply rather than a switchmode one as Switchmodes
are very difficult to get rid of interferenc from for radio work.
