Knowing where you live, I think you should be right pointing up towards the
Gore Hill/Artarmon/Willoughby transmitters.

 

I put up an antenna here at Haberfield last month; quad shield cable into a
Matchmaster Digi-Match VA7 (which is a caravan antenna

= compact and unobtrusive) so if you're using a 'full-size' antenna you
should be pretty right.

on her computer upstairs and gets excellent reception with rabbit ears
antenna inside.

 

I had to tweak to get channel 9 up to the same signal as all the others.

I've got them all at 99+% signal strength.

Can anyone enlighten me as to where the SBS transmission towers are located.

 

I am in annandale, and need to adjust the antenna a little for best 

digital tv picture.

 

having a rough idea ..Chatswood? would help, other wise my wife will 

have to sit in front of the tv and tell me when the picture is at optimum.
