Hi Edwin

We can probably get a few to choose from. Regarding your suggestions, I 
think the "9" would not be acceptable as it would still need to have the 
"VI2" prefix for NSW - maybe VI2N249 would be OK. Also I think special 
callsigns are allocated for short periods for special events and not a 
whole year (eg Australia Day, the Olympics duration, Marconi Day etc).
