G'day Laurie,

I do enjoy camping so would love to come to this one and bring my kids.
The best camp site I have been to is Coolendel.

Wonderful facilities with proper showers and toilets and a river to swim
in. Also fires can be lit no problem and they provide the fire wood
free. This is a choice spot......also plenty of space to put up antennas
etc...

I also have heaps of camping gear so I can accommodate anyone that does
not have a tent etc.....

I will try to get my license by then.....

Hi all

For those interested in contesting, here is a list of events we could
take part in as a club or individually for the next year.

There's been some talk of an "away weekend" for the John Moyle contest
in March. Could we raise enough interest for a full-scale radio camping
trip?  Any suggestions for a site within say 2 - 3 hours of Sydney?
Operation has to be entirely portable, so we'd need a generator, an
effective  antenna system, camping gear etc etc.

Obviously this would take a fair bit of organising, so if you are keen,
let's start making plans now!
