[Waverley ARS] Repeater Echolink tests

Hi Members,
 
The Echolink node number has changed to 305559, and the linking is being
done between VK2HSL-R in Manly & Paddington.
 
This should now allow access to the Echolink system by keying via the
Paddington 70 cm repeater  (prefix the Echolink destination node with a #).
 
IRLP operation should continue unaffected.
