I don't recall mentioning I'd transmit. In fact, IIRC I said I couldn't 
be bothered transmitting because of the paperwork. So yep - I do follow 
the rules; just trying to find what they are first and there's just too 
many of them! :P

Maybe I'll see if there is a CB [cringe] network overseas that's free 
for anyone to use. Now I feel tawdry. :)
