Call in on IRLP!
I've been asking about reciprocal licensing in the UK for myself. It
seems that our standard and foundation licenses are not recogised for
reciprocal purposes - only advanced, despite the obvious analogous
structural system. ACMA and OFCOM have yet to make it happen, so
we're out of luck until then.
Pirating is of course an option, with a M/VKxXXX - it not like many
people in the UK will know the difference with Vk callsigns, let alone
care to investigate! Not that I would, of course...
