Hi Adam
The instructions on our web site have been there for 8 or 9 years so may
well be out of date. I think the Israeli procedure came from Raffy. I
suspect the IARC advice is probably more accurate and in any case may be
acceptable (ie you are unlikely to be reported and if you are you have a
reasonable excuse!). Let me know what you find and I can update the web
site or better still have accurate links to where the current info exists.
