[Waverley ARS] Various Change of Address Forms

Hello List,

I recently changed address and would like to update:

1) The ACMA
2) The WIA (although I might need to become a member; not 100% certain)
3) The Club


1. The ACMA - I think I found the right form for the ACMA - has anybody 
else done this one? RF68 -

  - I also noticed a second form; RF54 - "Application for Correction of 
Licence Register", but is under review at the moment so no URL.

2a. The WIA - Does the WIA have any method of confirming I am a member? 
If I'm not a member, then I can sign up easily enough.
2b. If I am a member, I didn't find on the WIA website (which if you ask 
me hasn't been well designed; looking like something from the mid 1990s, 
and information not well laid out) any change of address forms.

3. The Club - Should I just contact Raffy directly?
