Hi Daniel
I am afraid our club is too small to realistically expect to find anyone
getting rid of the right gear exactly when you want it. When we want
something for the club, we often get it donated, but only if we wait
long enough! Regrettably with most things, if you want them NOW, you
have to pay more!
I suspect your best option is to try a real physical auction house (yes,
they do still exist). One that does a lot of ex-commercial computer gear
both on-line and internet is Grays On-line
http://www.graysonline.com.au/ You will have the problem that affects
those working or studying full time - how to get there when its open!
You can generally pay for couriers to deliver however.
