Hi Derek

Thanks for your generous offer of the "antenna wire", as I am sure a 
number of members will appreciate some. It might also make good 
de-soldering braid too if 40SWG. Unfortunately our annual auction is in 
June, so its a bit late for this year! Large volumes of gear can be a 
bit of a problem while the scouts are gradually doing up the hall as our 
storage space is much reduced, but I expect we can find the room.

If you can't make a meeting (next is 20/9/06) or project day (7/10/06), 
I am sure Raffy or myself can arrange to open up the clubhouse at a 
mutually convenient time. Eric is working overseas a lot so may not be 
around.

On another topic, it seems that Morgan's might get a new owner soon with 
takeover merchants sniffing around the company! I seem to remember that 
our Robert Holmes a Court tried to have a go in the late 1980s at a 
higher price than todays. It is not a business that merges well with any 
other industry other than financial engineering and Warren Knowlton 
seems to be doing OK, so it may not happen.
