[Waverley ARS] Local Council approval required for base antennas in NSW ?

Hello Folks,

Where can I find any legal information on the legislation regarding base 
antennas for amateur radio bands in NSW ?
I am about to apply for approval with the body corporate and they want 
proof that I don't require any approval from the local council or - if 
necessary - provide such an approval. :-(
