Note that the "news" item correctly stated that it "runs" on water and 
was careful not to say that it was "powered" by water. It did in fact 
quote that the water was first broken down into hydrogen and oxygen by 
electricity before burning.

So what's new about an electrically powered car apart from the motor 
being more difficult to make and Fox News media hype! With this one you 
also have to fill up with water!
