Everyone,

We have a small problem with a number of incidents where Standard and Foundation licensees are using the 80M DX segment and the LCD http://www.acma.gov.au/acmainterwr/aca_home/legislation/radcomm/acts/consolidations/radam_1of97.pdf   
which clearly shows that they have not been allocated the use of this segment.
