Thanks for your efforts. Steve has enabled my call sign on the VK2BGL-L 
EchoLink link. I have successfully connected, but as it was 2:20 AM no 
one was on the band.

Yes, I have been directed to QRZ.com by other stations (e.g. KC8FRW, 
YI1OM & K7NEJ) I talked to in the meanwhile. I have even setup my own 
profile. So you should find some details about VK2FMBH on www.qrz.com. I 
will complete it when I am back in Australia, as I only have a dial-up 
connection at my dad's place.

Me too! Let's see if I can catch you in the early morning. Australian 
afternoons & evenings are tricky right now as I am working at Bankhaus 
Metzler and they don't allow EchoLink or Skype connections from within 
their network.
