[Waverley ARS] New Foundation Licensees

I congratulate the following new Foundation Licensees:

Anthony Goodridge Vk2FVIC

Mathias Burbach VK2FMBH

Greg Elks  VK2FELK

These three budding hams sat for their exams at our club on 9 April 2006 and
were licensed on 2nd May 06.

(Although they've no doubt been chomping at the bit, three weeks is a lot
better than what it used to take!)

There was one other Foundation licensee who passed, but didn't bring a
photograph, so her application couldn't be automatically processed. She was
supposed to submit it herself and so it has not been licensed.

Two Standard exams and one exam leading to an advanced licence  were
conducted,  but these appear not to have been processed yet.
