Right now I am in Germany. I have downloaded EchoLink already and wait 
for the licence to arrive at my home in Randwick. Then my girlfriend 
will scan it and send it to me. That will allow me to finalise my 
EchoLink registration. I also called the "German version" of ACMA and 
ask for the steps necessary to transfer the Australian licence into a 
German radio amteur licence. I was told to ask the Australian 
authorities for a HAREC Certificate, which would allow them to easily 
assess my qualification level for the appropriate German call sign. Has 
anyone of you heard about the HAREC Certificate already?

I shall be back on the 16th May 2006 and will call on the 2m club repeater.
