Hi All
I thought this seems like an interesting and very useful line of research. If it became feasible over long distances I think it would be a case of science -fiction becoming fact.......
However think of the RFI for Hams at 6.4Mhz........!
(Of course every RF transmission even now is a transfer of energy and often over vast distances but the amount of energy transferred is miniscule and as far as I am aware of no practical use other than as a medium for communication).
